Culture Camp: Exploring Culture in Integrated Care Systems

Culture Camp returned on Wednesday, 24 August 9:30am to 12pm. Nearly 200 people joined us for Exploring Culture in Integrated Care Systems with Juliette Kumar, Natalie Latham and Wendy Burton, from the Coaching Academy, and guests Maria Smith, from NHS England, and Gill Phazey from Cheshire and Merseyside ICS, who walked participants through the methodology and resources to measure and promote healthy cultures, especially in the context of collaborative, system working.
