Who can apply?
We are looking for those who have Quality Improvement as part of their role, or keen to develop in this area. You do not have to be a line manager to participate in this course. However, to put your learning into practice, you need to plan who you are going to coach. We recommend that you have at least three ‘coachees’. Your coachees need to commit to giving feedback and providing time to be coached.
Programme participants and their coachees MUST either be members of the Health Foundation’s Q Community or apply to join either before or during the course. We will support you in the application process if needed.
Applications for the May to November 2023 programme close on 9th May at 5pm. Please complete an Expression of Interest form via this link.
